প্রচলিত ধারনার বিপরীত হলেও, আমরা জানি যে সুস্বাস্থ্য ধরে রাখা আসলে খুব সহজ। এই তথ্য সকলের মাঝে ছড়িয়ে দেয়াই আমাদের উদ্দেশ্য।

মোঃ শাহাদাৎ হোসেন Easy Health and Education Services এর প্রতিষ্ঠাতা। ২০১৭ সালের দিকে লন্ডনে থাকা অবস্থায় তার ডাক্তার যখন তাকে প্রিডায়বেটিক বলে ঘোষণা দেয়, তখন তিনি খুব অবাক হননি। তার মায়ের ডায়বেটিস রয়েছে, তাহলে তারও হবে, এতে আর অবাক হবার কি আছে?  ডাক্তার ঔষধ কিছু দেননি সেদিন; কিন্তু বলে দিয়েছিলেন যে এবারে ধীরে ধীরে ডায়বেটিস হয়ে যাবে এবং একবার ডায়বেটিস হয়ে গেলে তিনি ঔষধ দিতে পারবেন! চর্বি থেকে দুরে থাকতে এবং অল্প অল্প করে বারবার খেতে উপদেশ আর বেশি করে ব্যায়াম করার উপদেশ দিয়ে ছেড়ে দিয়েছিলেন। 

কিন্তু তিনি সবসময় ক্লান্তি, দুর্বলতা এবং পোটলার মতো একটা ভুঁড়ি কিছুতেই মেনে নিতে পারছিলেন না। তাই তিনি এই বিষয়ে খোঁজ করতে শুরু করলেন। চমকে গেলেন যখন দেখলেন যে একটি অতি পুরাতন এবং বিজ্ঞানসম্মত সমাধান রয়েছে, কিন্তু কেউ যেন এই সমাধান সম্পর্কে জানেই না। 

Md Shahadat Hossain is the founder of Easy Health Education.  He was diagnosed as a 'Pre Diabetic' while living in London, UK a few years ago. It was not a big surprise because his mother was suffering from Diabetes for decades. But he was not happy with the tiredness, fatigue, extra weight etc. So he started looking for a solution. He was shocked to discover that a scientific solution was there for years, but most people do not know about it. He started self experimenting and realised that the solution actually works! His blood test showed his HbA1c to be normal! He was inspired to tell the world about it. So, he spent a fair amount of time and money to learn about it by doing a 6 months long Diploma in Advanced Ketogenic Nutrition from the American Nutrition Association.  Then he came back to Bangladesh to spend time with his father and mother.  While in Bangladesh, he decided to start "Easy Health Education" so he can share his knowledge with as many people as possible.
